Air conditioning controlled by a blower inches away from the bed. No way to redirect this strong flow of air away from those using the bed. Air conditioning is welcomed, but not when it makes those in the bed uncomfortable. Are facilities such as these designed with actual humans in mind?

We love staying at Home 2 Suites! It is the hotel requested by our teenager and now our younger children as well. Love having the ability to book one room for our family of 6. The kitchenette is always a help. This particular location was so clean and had the kindest staff. One employee even came out after checkout while we were loading at the door to give our kids fidget spinners while they waited for us to load up. At check in he asked and looked up my Hilton rewards acct. to help me earn points. So many times Ive forgotten this! Thank you! Weve been at a new place to stay every night for a week. This is our third Home 2 Suites stay and third time was a charm. From check in to breakfast, the pool and check out the cleanliness and friendliness was the best we have had. Way to go Normal! It reflected in the community as we went out as well. It felt so family friendly yet quiet enough we could have enjoyed an adult get away here. Thank you for being a great place to rest on our travels.

We had originally booked at a different hotel in the area. As a Mom and daughter traveling we did not feel safe there so we rebooked at the Home2. It was wonderful. The staff was accommodating, it was clean, and most of all we felt safe and were able to get a good nights sleep after a day of traveling.

Overnight trip. Very comfortable & modern looking. Didn't use Kitchenette, but convenient to have the fridge, microwave, plates, glasses, utensils. Lighting was more than adequate. Clean bathroom. Nice selection during breakfast. Perfect blackout curtain. I would stay here again.
