Could be a bit better if wifi service was available as sone of us work while away. And corporate should rethink their restaurant prices versus what they offer. Ive been here 2 times and enjoy the place very much, my kid loves it

Gorgeous grounds. Loved sitting in the chairs looking over the marina, the pool area was nice, and the patio for dining/drinks was top notch also. Only complaint is the room was very old, dusty, and the view of the parking lot was not pleasing to the eye. Next so time we’ll definitely request a room with the lake view.

Great location!! Has a lot to offer, it needs an update of the entry, rooms, eating area, etc. the grounds need better landscaping, and debris pick up. Parking area needs to be resurfaced. The staff needs to be more personal and professional and given better uniforms to wear.

I am handicapped and Sarah was able to get us into a handicapped room the day before we arrived. Located in a state park, it is beautiful. On a lake with beautiful scenery.

Loved the proximity to the lake, the boat ramp. The restaurant on site was good, food and service was good. Reasonably priced for a resort restaurant. I thought the breakfast offering was very limited, lots of room for improvement. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

The servers at the restaurant never came to get our order, we sat for about 20 mins, and they acted like th ey didn't see us, which was impossible, because they looked right at us as we walked in and several times after. We finally went up to the bar and ordered pur food. The bar tender was great, so he got a decent tip and a lot of thank you's. Housekeeping was very helpfull, and kind, and the room was clean..

I loved the property! It was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Only complaint I have is the restaurant. Insanely over priced and I definitely got food poisoning and so did my husband. But otherwise it was a great stay bwe are just avoiding the restaurant when we come back.

We loved this place!! The employees were friendly and helpful, there was a nice breakfast selection, the views were amazing and the hotel has such charming features. Our children loved the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again

It says there is a private beach, but the lake has been flooded for over 6 months and they didn’t mention that at all. When we got there, the front desk didn’t tell us anything about the property, breakfast (which was just bread and apples) or anything. When I called to talk about canceling our reservation , I never received a call back from the manager and it’s been a week.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds are impeccably maintained with stunning views all around. However, the hotel itself is in need of a major facelift. The rooms feel very dated, with an unpleasant musty smell and a muggy atmosphere that detracts from the overall experience.
