"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

"the room was in good condition and the front was friendly to me but there were a lot of flies outside of the window. when i opened the window, a lot of flies (maybe 50) came into the room within a minute. Pls do something for fly protection."

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"everything was OK including the restaurant. one regret: it was hot and the room had no air conditioning which forced us to sleep with the window wide open with all the inconveniences of the road next to the hotel"

"With this hotel being a good 15-20 minutes drive from Zwickau the location is somewhat remote. Particularly if you are looking for food or entertainment.in the evening. Breakfast was average. Quiet location. "

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
