Room was huge given this was a whole 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen with excellent Bosch appliances, which was very clean and good quality amenities. Unfortunately the area felt sketchy at night and I was not given a room upgrade nor I was given priority for early check-in or even on-time check-in given that my room was not ready until about 3:30 PM.

Breakfast was the main reason to make the stay on this hotel a good stay. why do you have to request every day to get clean up your room?! Covid is over almost 3 years ago! Every day the lady didn’t leave clean towels, she didn’t check shampoo nor soap dispensers! You are in vacation! You’re not supposed to be telling people how to do their job every single day! That’s why you pay to go to a hotel! To be free of stress and worries!
