We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again.

Perfect for a night away didnt break the bank the pool was lovely clean and easy to book in and use also sauna steam room jacuzzi were all lovely didnt try the food as we were out most of it but let us check in early with our bags too which was great

Disgrace we went for a night stay and from outside there was a burnt board put up at the window , clothing hanging out windows , rubbish bags out on the front door it was disgusting to the point we never entered the building as it was not approachable

Stop here for last minute break with my son bedroom dirty complain about it nothing clean sheets thank goodness dirty window markers on the wall and bathroom ok dust smell like mould it will off been a nice room if the clean properly to a better standard brefast was oky

Prior to Arrival I contacted the Hotel to inform the Hotel that my wife is in a wheelchair, due to a recent injury, upon arrival I was given a key that was on 1st floor, and then up 3 flights of stairs. Returning to reception, I found my original room had been given elsewhere, so they to find a room with no stairs.

Norbreck is a very old building and in some areas it shows. My room and the bedding were clean with fresh towels.

The hotel is so out of date. The bar staff didn't say hi gave me a dirty look etc. I thought northern people are friendly. Wasn't going to pay £7 for WiFi for 24 hours. The bathroom was ok and the bed was ok us well. We went to morrisons around the corner from the hotel to get food. The only thing was could was the trams. I will not be going to this hotel again.
