"This was the perfect location to be near the Council Square. Everything was a quick walk. The only thing I was worried about was checking in after 7 pm which were closing hours. Luckily a lady near by let us in the locked door and my guest and I looked around for a room key in the main lobby that may have been stashed and luckily found it in a deposit box. Other than that, it was perfect!"

"Had an email to say thecreception was closing at 8, so got a taxi from station just in time. Spacious ground floor room, and reasonable breakfast. Lots of steps, but I expect thats what you get when refurbishing an old building. Staff very helpful. "

In more words: Customer service fit for a 7 star hotel on par with dubai's finest, from the check-in, manager and Director, i was shocked to find this in Romania where customer service is more on the lacking part. "This place is absolutely beautiful and is in a very lively part of town, which is part of its charm. The only real "issue" we had was that the water would go from freezing cold to scolding hot while you're in the shower and it got my back pretty good! Parking is about a 10 minute walk away in a place called the Prinz Gregor hotel and if you get the mountain view room (which faces the front of the hotel with a balcony) there can be a bit of noise since we were directly in front of the main town...

"From check-in to check-out everything was great. Breakfast was the best with eggs to order included in the breakfast buffet. It’s a few blocks from a Lidl and a few blocks more to the center square, restaurants, and museums. "

"I liked the location very close to the old town centre. I liked the service provided by the staff. We left the luggage at the hotel for about three hours after checking out, and the staff was very helpful with that. The property is in very good condition. One improvement area would be better lighting in the bathroom, specifically above the mirror. Shaving with little light is not one of my favourites."
