"The hotel is 20' walk from the center of Bizerte. It is located in front of the beach. Very beautiful swimming pool and room very spacious. We had some problems with the magnet key of the room and I had to go back to the reception 2 times to have it functioning."

"There was a bad smell in the room was so strong like chemical made me sick to my stomach. I. Had to sleep Slider open to air it. Toilets were not clean air condition was not adequate. Bed was not comfortable. Bed bugs in both our bed and my daughter bed we could feel them biting us. It was awful "

"Terrible hotel with terrible staff. Very old hotel with rude and non trained staff. Don't stay there unless you really have to. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Towels are really old and disgusting. Spend more money and stay somewhere else. The pool is dirty and poorly maintained. Location is the only good thing but not enough. It seems like this hotel is struggling to stay open but they are not doing enough to survive. Management does not care about customer satisfaction. "

"I paid 2 nights & tax by the Expedia,but when I been to the property,they said:we have no business with Expedia & we didn’t get no conformation from Expedia.They said:I need to pay again the local currency again,I was shock & my holiday was spoil.No A/C,no cleanness,promise & paid for breakfast,reality no breakfast.I been traveling all over Tunisia last 13 years never had this kind of nasty experience."
