Her warm hospitality and professionalism stood out, especially when we had specialized requests . She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and comfortable, handling every detail with care and a genuine smile. Her assistance set the tone for a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were very pleasant – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the room provided a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Situated in a convenient area, it’s close to several halal food options, which was a great advantage for us. "The rooms were good size with views of the city. Some rooms were smoking rooms so make sure to designate non-smoking if that is an issue. Otherwise, the facilities had a nice breakfast buffet, well known restaurant on the 5th floor famous for its dim sum and spa facilities. The staff was very helpful too. We could not have asked for more."
