Everything about the hotel is top quality

"The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. All the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable "

Great solution but room was too HOT

"Great hotel, apart from the fact that the room was far too hot and despite asking the team, the heating could not be switched off. On the second night I therefore had to sleep with the window open. Otherwise, great breakfast and dinner, nice and helpful reception team, great atmosphere."
