The shuttle service to beach and downtown was a convenient feature and definitely appreciated during our stay. It made exploring the island much easier. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, which added a positive touch to the experience. However, the standard room left something to be desired. it was quite small and felt a bit outdated, though it was clean and well maintained. A room upgrade or refresh would definitely improve same. The breakfast buffet was great, good variety; however, dinner was inconsistent with the flavor. Some dishes were good, while others fell short of expectations.

Location was excellent, close to several nice restaurants, shopping nearby(yuck for me!) and many activities within walking access. Staff was very nice, helpful and full of great suggestions and tips. Small pool with afternoon and evening food and drink service. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. We will definitely come back because of them!

We enjoyed our stay and the customer service was good. The outside is amazing!!!

The views at Il Mare are out of this world, the bungalow’s look exactly like the photos. We had some issues checking in since there were only 10 pods available to be used and the others did not pass inspection that had a better view. After trying to switch our room to a bungalow with a better view and a working safe we encountered some issues. We booked our reservation since this summer and were told it was opening July 2024 but instead when we arrived Dec 12th we were told they just opened this week and if they were not ready we would have to downsize at Dreams with no reimbursement. We didn’t appreciate that since that was never communicated to us after or before booking and we would not be reimbursed for something that was not our fault. Other than that mishap, we had a peaceful stay and our butlers made us feel welcomed and catered to all our needs with no hesitation. 10/10 customer experience, if you stay here I hope you get Naidel, Alex, Sudry, Rug and Gio as your butlers they are phenomenal. Very attentive and respectful individuals we were lucky to have them on our trip.
