Friendly helpful staff. Food was good and sensibly priced, rooms were a bit tired, but pretty comfortable. Overall it was great value for money. As long as you're not expecting the ritz, its a good place to stay.

A great cost-effective place to stay. I was worried that accommation associated with a bar would be noisy, but even going to bed early I found it very quiet. Great shower; great (generous) breakfast options.

A gem in a great location
Very good to excellent, comfortable room with AC, good soundproofing loved the complimentary glass of wine between 5-7pm. They have an odd relationship with the cafe right next door as you only book a full breakfast for about £20 but you can just go next door and pick anything from their full menu. Overall very good would stay again

Its basic accomodation, but it has everything a fancy hotrl would have - good food, nice bar, snooker tables - the room was clean and warm, and the sheets were crisp clean linen. TV tea/coffee facilities as standard, and nice people. Absolutely nothing negative to say about it.

Food both afternoon and morning were excellent and value for money.Had a game of bingo in the evening which was enjoyable and made to feel welcome amongst all the people involved,bar staff went above & beyond to help,will definately come back and stay again and would recommend to others
