Good central location and really good facilities in the suite. Breakfast distinctly average and the dining area furniture very tired. There were not enough tables when we first arrived at breakfast but some guests soon departed so we were able to get seated. Staff very polite and friendly. Check in was slow due to the number of guests trying to check in during the afternoon.

It really caters to corporate expectations, so it's always a reliable choice to make, if comfort and convenience is what you're after. The front desk were so friendly and welcoming too. Very good stay for a weekend in Birmingham
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice spacious communal area. The breakfast included had plenty of options and hot drinks available at any time. Although we didn’t need it the pantry is a good idea and looked well stocked.

Loved the amenities in the room and the view across the city, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely too. Location was good for exploring Birmingham and easy walk from the train station although the area near the entrance was a bit rundown.
