Major renovation, place should not be open with that major renovation going on. I left about 2hrs later. I'm sure they did not check me out, when I returned the keys. Renovation was hidden deep in the description, didn't see it anywhere prior to booking. I did however, see it... in the after booking description. Which was after I left. The room I paid for, was not the room that I received. Manager refused any compensation. I booked a king room with sofa. A little suite by the picture and description. I received a basic king room and told oh sorry. As if that was suppose to suffice giving me something, I didn't book. Under renovation should be the first thing I see, not buried in description. No one wants to live among all that dust. It's not safe for guest to doge painters and construction crew coming in.

I had no idea, that the hotel was under construction. My room smelled, like fresh paint, very strong. It listed, breakfast, nope, coffee, nope, just a bad deal all the way around. The best thing, was the staff, that worked their, really nice, pleasant, beautiful smiles, great attitude.

I didn’t get room I was trying to book she told me it was unavailable then after I went and booked the next available room while entering the lobby a gentleman was getting the room I asked to book 30 mins prior to the gentleman pulling up or booking it.! The carpets was flooded with water it smelled bad the never stated the play was under construction and looked a nasty mess !

When we arrived we couldnt find it because the front of the building was in the back. Then when we went inside, the entire building is under renovation and workers working and making noise even at 6pm. Plastic everywhere, floreing ripped up. No food or breakfast. Nothing was notatted about this on expedia. The manager told us we dont have to stay there and for us to contact expedia for a refund and she was sorry about all the mess. The elevator did not work. Our room was on the 4th floor so we had to walk. The toilet didnt work and people were playinf loud music down the hallway

In all fairness, the hotel is under renovation. My room was renovated and beautiful. However, the toilet was a wster saver and did not work properly. Once the renovation will be done, the hotel will be great. For now enjoy the reduced rate.

The agent had difficulty coding keys. We were supposed to have a Deluxe King Room with a Sofa Bed - there was no sofa in the room. There were exposed wires and missing plug covers etc. The room was unacceptable however as my husband came thru the lobby to meet me in the room there seemed to be a open marijuana party going on. We decided it was safer to stay in the room. We chose the hotel based on your good rating

Words cannot describe this property. Smell of paint, dirty carpets, wires hanging out, dingy looking rooms. The entrance to the property is through the back of the hotel where there is those big trash dumpsters. I don't understand how this hotel is operating. Pictures are so misleading.
