Great location, close to dining and shopping. Heater in room was bipolar, ranging from 61 to 67 in room, couldn't hold temp. Pool was closed 3 of the 4 days we were there. Breakfast was decent

The Quality Inn was an enjoyable overnight stop. The hotel is dated and in need of updating. If you can over look that it was clean and functional for the most part. We had a short shower curtain that would not stay in the tub when showering. But, once again.... if you can look beyond the over paint, nicked furniture and walls, and aged lavatory features, it had a fairly comfortable bed and linens for a decent night's sleep. Also, had a lovely HEATED pool that was clean and maintained. The Continental Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Kudos to you all! Keep up the great work. For price and comfort, this stop fit the bill.

There was a winter storm when we arrived,went to check in early they would let us but made us pay a early check in fee I mean really them had to leave early the night before we were supposed to leave unexpectedly They could have offered to refund the early check in fee I thought Breakfast was good,pool was heated so the kids enjoyed that

My ex-wife and daughter stayed in room 117. The room had weird smell to it. She didnt tell untill the next morning. My room was fine. Her room was also next to the indoor pool. That may have been what caused the smell. Overall our stay was good. good.

The stay was fine. I had to give a cash deposit. When I checked out, they could not find my cash. I was told that the management had to come to the hotel to review video of the front desk to see where it is at. It made me feel like they thought I stole the money. I had to call the local police to come help rectify the situation. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel nor will I ever stay at a quality inn again.

I was awaken with a loud knock on the door. Reservation was supposed to be for 4 days instead of three. Clerk wouldn't work anything out for me as i just paid nearly $500. She said it was magic city classic and I wouldn't find a better deal. I beg to differ. They were still asking approximately $200 for Sinday and i check out at 5pm to go to work then home. I ended up calling off work and driving 3 hours home. Im back for work at another hotel, price the same but cant forget how i was treated.
