Run Down.
Two beds in the property one of which is broken. Sofa sits on the floor rather than the legs it would have been supplied with. Toilet seat is broken. Can’t open blinds as they are hanging off and likely to fall off if touched. Shower won’t stay up over bath due to being damaged. Rug in the living area is dirty and stained. Numerous cigarette burns throughout the property. Over all the property is very run down and is situated on a noisy busy main road.
