"All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. "The apartment was clean and had everything to self cater. Air conditioning was good. Most staff were friendly. The pool looked quite tired but we went to the beach most days so it was ok. Location is right in the town centre close to shops and restaurants. The hotel overbooked and we were put into an alternative hotel for 1 night which did spoil our first impressions. I would return to the hotel though."

"Easy to get around Mallorca on the bus, 2 euros one-way. Bus stop is right outside of the hotel. There are two properties across from each other. The one across the street has mini-golf. Love the access to the ocean, even though there isn't really a beach, and love the pool. Only thing was the AC wasn't working our first 2 nights, so we had to sleep with the balcony open because it was too hot. Also, they never informed of us this. However, I would go back and I would recommend. "
