"The hotel was very modern, clean, and nice. The staff was always very helpful and kind. We had a few drinks on the rooftop bar and the bar tender was professional. The room was small, but cozy. Breakfast was great! I had 2 bowls of pho ga (very good), along with VN coffee, and plenty of other items. Wink is minutes away from river street, night market, and the pier where you'd take off for the floating market. "

"We were made to feel so important and valued from the moment our car doors were opened to when they literally waved us off as we drove away. The front desk helped me with finding an English speaking hospital for my daughter and changing rooms to accommodate her unexpectedly joining us (she had been with friends). "Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English...

"This is our second time coming back here, two weeks ago we were here and fell in love with the environment and the services over here, the last review was a mistake from Expedia.
