"This was a very nice place to stay. Grab picked us up within one minute everyday. The apartment was very clean and cozy with two large beds and two full bathrooms. "도착하자마자 침대 커버에 얼룩이 있어서 교체를 했고 냉장고에는 작은 날 벌레들이 죽어 있었고 가구 곳곳에 먼지 뿐 아니라 거미와 거미 줄이 있었음. 화장실 바닥 청소를 하지 않아 따로 요청함. 침대에 이가 뛰어 다니는 것을 발견함. 새벽부터 공사 소리 때문에 시끄러웠음. 1층에 한국 식품을 파는 마트가 있고 2층 수영장이 있어 편리하긴 했으나 다시는 가고 싶지 않음."

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all priced but much higher end and luxury facilities compared to what I have seen in Hanoi. Gym very new and has daily classes (spin, pilates). We did a sound bath meditation in the beautiful meditation hall. The staff were so helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they made sure we had a lovely stay. "
