I got upgraded to the executive level and received VIP treatment. The executive floor was led by Berry Yang and her team, they provided impeccable services throughout my stay and truly my holidays even more enjoyable. I highly recommended Gran Melia when visiting Xi'an, it is great city to visit, the place is full of culture, history and great food! I had a great time in Xi'an and Gran Melia Hotel! 👍👍👍"
