Room was filthy. There were roaches and bugs everywhere. Bathroom was falling apart. Dents all over the door looked like someone had tried breaking in before, made it feel very unsafe.

It was close to downtown. Recently renovated room, could have used a few minor touch ups, like replacing rusty hardware. Other than that it was perfect for the Peter Anderson fest.

A very quiet area, hotel and room was very clean. We got smaller beds then we wanted, but hotel was booked up, so we were glad to have the room. We will be back here next year for Cruisin the Coast!

Customer service was good. Arrived late but she answered my email that notified her of my late check in. There was a Sign in the window that nobody was there but would be right back. That just made us feel unwelcome. However she was quick to get there after ringing the ball and was very nice. Got to the room and it was average, at best. Bathroom door didn't close. Dirty and dingy. Fire alarm started chirping for a low battery. She came right over to fix it. But just took out batteries and didn't replace them. Overall, service was good but definitely a 2 star place.

From the moment I checked in the clerk seemed uncaring and then said the floor in the bathroom was wet. What he failed to tell me was the carpet leading to be bathroom was soaked. Didn’t offer another room. Then they told me that there was a service fee of $50 placed on my credit card just in case I left the room dirty they would charge me. The room was terrible to begin with. I have yet to have my credit card service fee reversed. Absolute terrible hotel!

The housekeeping was absolutely horrible. There was feces on the toilet. The floors were filthy. There was bugs everywhere holes in the wall light switches, broken feces on the wall. It was absolutely horrible. I actually ended up leaving the premises and renting a different motel for those two nights.

The manger was very nice and helpful. Our first room had bugs and smelled like stale cigarettes so he moved us. The second room was much better.

This was not really the hotel's fault, but about 3 a.m. a dog in a nearby room started barking like crazy. Loud. Really loud. After about 10 minutes, we called the front desk. They sent someone, and the dog was quieted. But about 10 minutes later, the dog started in again, and went on for another half hour or so. Front desk told us the dogs' owners were actually in the room. But for whatever reason, the dog owners were fine with the dogs waking the entire world up. We eventually had to dig through our stuff and find headphones and whatnot to be able to sleep through the ridiculousness. Hotel should have called law enforcement or something. Other than sketchy people around the hotel throughout our stay, it was otherwise okay.

We had to stay here to get out of the way of a wild fire however we didn’t stay long enough to sleep there we we given the all clear to go home within 2 hours of checking in however I’d have left anyway in that time we saw 3 roaches and an earwig the place had some repairs that look very questionable we didn’t use the bed or anything in the room but knowing the bug situation we left
