Lovely little hotel with really friendly staff. We were made to feel welcome from the second we arrived. Strongly recommend getting the hotel breakfast, the food is excellent and a good way to start your day. Will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Bilbao

Terrific

This hotel was simply perfect, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly, kind and efficient. The hotel is relatively new, so beds, furniture, bathroom etc are elegant and spotless.

This beautiful boutique hotel is a four star hotel disguised as a two star. If you stay in Bilbao do yourself a favor and stay here . Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss ! Thank you so much Goein Boutique Hotel, I will definitely be back and will always remember the great time I had there !

The hotel is spectacular, close to the old town, but it does not have parking as stated on Expedia. The parking is public and is quite far from the hotel for someone traveling with suitcases. Otherwise I recommend it.

Gorgeous modern hotel staff where lovely, plenty of room good choice for breakfast and good location. Literally the only downside was how dark it is. We had no windows for any kind of natural light and the same in the lobby so you literally can’t tell if it’s night or day until you go outside

Fab hotel in a great location in old town! Our room was gorgeous with all the amenities required and was very quiet. Every day when we returned from exploring our bed (which was very comfy) was remade impeccably! Decor throughout hotel had attention to detail in finishes & is stylish & classy. Extremely kind & helpful staff. A short walk to tram / bus stop. Various bars / restaurants, cafes & shops all just a stones throw away. Would definitely highly recommend staying here when visiting Bilbao & surrounding places. *****

What a GEM!! From check in to check out was 5 star. Definitely NOT a 2 star. Beautiful hotel. Best amenities eith high quality. Fron vanity packs to dental packs. Mini comb. Shower cap. Slippers. Mini fridge. Safe. Highest quality. WOW!! Clean and perfect. Breakfast is excellent with hot meal options and cold cuts. The staff are so professional and friendly. Nothing too much to ask. I would highly recommend you to try this hotel. Shout out to Inigo & Facundo at reception. Very welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

Uns hat das Design des Zimmers gut gefallen, allerdings ist es durch das Beleuchtungskonzept (keine Deckenlampe) und mangels ausreichendem Tageslicht sehr dunkel. Das Zimmer hatte auch keinen „Blick auf den Innenhof“, wie angegeben, da es keinen Innenhof gibt, sondern zwei Meter vor dem Fenster befindet sich die Außenwand des nächsten Gebäudes. Zum Sichtschutz (direkt vor unserem Zimmer befand sich ein Fenster des Nachbargebäudes) war eine Art große Sonnenblende mit einem Bild des „Puppy“ vor dem Guggenheim angebracht, was alles noch dunkler machte. Der kleine Balkon ist so nicht wirklich nutzbar, da man im Dunkeln im Spalt zwischen den Gebäuden sitzt…die andere Seite des Gebäudes wird aber auch nicht viel schöner sein, denn das Hotel liegt leider an einer schmuddeligen Straße der Altstadt mit Tattooshops, Graffiti und Müll. Ein paar Schritte weiter ist aber die Markthalle und auch sonst ist man schnell überall in der Altstadt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die große Regendusche, das 2m breite bequeme Bett und das hilfsbereite, freundliche Personal.
