"We had a great time - the staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very nice and the pool area is great. Massages were okay, good value for money but a bit more communication from the therapists would have been good. Otherwise the rest of the spa and gym were also good."

"This hotel was lovely: it is an apartment style hotel and the front desk is so helpful. My husband was allergic to some sort of air freshener that was maybe spilt in the room. And they helped us with getting another room even tho they were fully booked. Would love to return again ! Thank you staff ..."

"First we stayed at a newer highly rated hotel and then switched to Allure...wayyyy better. So much more space, parking, no thin walls or connecting doors you can hear neighbours through, they even provide pods for doing laundry if so inclined.
