"When we walked in the hotel it was all decorated beautifully for Christmas. The Staff was amazingly happy and kind and so eager to help. They were so helpful with anything we needed and happy to help with any suggestions. The rooms are wonderfully decorated. I was only disappointed we didn’t have time to stay in our room and hotel more often. We even got a sprinkling of snow when we left. We were there for a funeral for an Uncle and it couldn’t have been a better choice for to stay at a difficult time. Thanks so much to all who were there and made our stay so wonderful!"

"We had a great experience at the Mountain Lake Lodge. The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable and nice. One thing it did not have was a kitchenette (which the description said it did). It had a microwave and small fridge. There were lots of restaurants close by though. "
