"This property is absolutely stunning and one of a kind! it was a little difficult to find, as I didn't realize it was on top of a hill, but certainly a hidden gym! The building is very well kept and staff is exceptionally friendly... looking forward to my Ghost tour later tonight! I was a little surprised that there were so many children running around the lobby since it is an older resort and spa without much for kids, but I am thinking that may be due to the ghost tours."

"The executive suite is really a small, well-appointed apartment with a full kitchen, living room, fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom. Modern decor offset by a cute retro full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The outdoor seating area is quiet and peaceful on the edge of the woods. We were visited by several deer and an armadillo while relaxing with a cocktail by the fire pit. A great contrast to the bustle of the historic downtown area just a couple miles away. "This cozy little motel is clean and comfortable. The rooms have been updated and they are cute! The restaurant/bar was excellent and food delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful! I would recommend this quaint little spot for anyone visiting Eureka!"

"A little dated but we had a very quiet restful stay. The bed was very comfortable. My only suggestion is to update the toilet to a more modern long style but not a deal breaker. Owner was very nice and I would definitely stay there again."

"Would definitely recommend the hotel for the price and what was offered and close to downtown. The staff was friendly the breakfast was very nice. Sure there was a need for updating within the hotel room, but given the price and how people can be hard on a room it was great. We would return. Loved the outside of the property for Christmas. "

"Nice place. Fun atmosphere. Clean & well kept. Walkable to shopping & restaurants. Having no couch was odd. We had to sit on the floor or hard chairs to hang out together. No stove in kitchenette. Parking is difficult. Still overall a great & memorable stay. "
