"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

"This property has no hot water, but that’s common with this type of hotel. No free food or drinks, but their offerings are not expensive. Excellent view of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop dining room, and other restaurants and services are nearby."

"Nice and clean"

"Unfortunately Jolitosplace is not open at present. I arrived late in the evening to find it padlocked shut. The local villagers tried to help me, but they discovered that the hotel owner is away and their hotel is not open for business. Fortunately they helped me find alternative accommodation. I am now trying to get a refund as full payment was taken online, despite the hotel being closed for business. It should not be listed on hotel.com"

"For being quite pricy the accommodation (double room) was very simple. As we only stayed for one night we can’t say anything about the social life there, but it looked quite social. The host were very nice and let us sleep in after the check out time as we got in very late that night."

"Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant...

"It's not far because we had such a great time we didn't spend much time in the motel. But comfortable huts, Good Aircon, Lots of mosquitoes but that is a chronic problem on the Island. Nice place all round. Great People"
