"We had a lovely break at this cottage. The owner was so helpful in providing information prior to our stay – especially the route to get there. The roads are narrow and it’s definitely best to use the route Vida suggests rather than the Sat Nav! The cottage itself was really well equipped and comfortable. There is so much to do in the area and I would definitely recommend staying here. "

Make sure to make note of your check-in instructions (code to the lock box for the key) before you arrive as cell service is very spotty and no access to wifi until you enter the unit. "Cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Cotswolds, in a very quiet village. It was very comfortable and well equipped kitchen, a few cobwebs, but overall cleanliness was good. The garden was enclosed and great for the dog, the grass was very long, so made it a bit more difficult to clean up after him (would have been perfect if grass was shorter). "

"It’s difficult to summarise how badly this place works. Arrival and details were fine, tea was provided but, inexplicably, no coffee and this was indicative of a series of baffling decisions by the owners. There was no welcome manual so we were without hot water for a day until the agents suggested something we could try (which worked). The kitchen is appallingly thought out, the hob has no extractor fan and half of the pans provided are not suitable for an induction hob, the oven needs a clean...

"Lovely property just a short walk into the centre of Bourton on the water, though beware there is a very steep hill to climb when walking back. Very spacious. Lounge and open plan kitchen could do with a bit of an update. Fabulous views across the country side and so many different species of birds to view from the very large window in the lounge. Owners very kindly left binoculars and a bird book. Extremely quiet setting. Stayed Friday to Monday and it was a really lovely break. "
