"Excellent stay. There was an issue communications as they use WhatsApp, which I don’t check often, but they are very responsive to phone calls and our issue were resolved. The facility is clean and safe. Location was excellent, within 15 minute walk of the Eiffel Tower, and 5-10 minute walk to outdoor market, restaurants, and grocery store. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice hotel, nice area, comfortable bed and living area. Only thing I would say is I was on the ground floor and the building appears to have radiant floor heat with no thermostat control in room. My room was very warm, I would guess about 80 deg F and I ended up opening the window and keeping it open all night even though it was about 25 deg F outside."

"Hello, First SHUT OUT TO Mariama and Lamine at the front desk-Great Customer Services always very helpful and with a Smile. Also, Amellia( i think I spelled it right-- (LOL) at the excursion desk, She help me with directions and provide me with the METRO MAP. PROS 1. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL TIME!! 2 Close to Eiffel Tower 10mins walk and to METRO #6 3. They Have A BAR which was nice and Abt 3 restaurants 4. Shopping strip right around the corner, with Restaurants, Shops and can buy anything you need. CONS 1. NO LAUNDRY ROOM-- just dry-cleaning service 2. Didn't have a Massage salon at the hotel. IT WAS A AMAZING STAY THANKS FOR MAKING MY 50TH BDAY AMAZING!! WILL BE BACK SOON! HAPPY NEW YEAR's EVERYONE 2025! "

Great location and lodge.

"It was a pleasant experience. From the check in to the, clean rooms and play areas for the children. The location is also perfect! We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in under 20 minutes. I will surely be staying here again. It was a party of 6 people and it was comfortable for us all."

Amazing

"We enjoyed our stay in Les Jardin Hotel is so close to everything walkable to the Eiffel Tower and the River Cruise for lunch or dinner and it’s also a must do and the 3 ladies at the front desk are amazing very helpful whenever we have questions they answer us properly and the breakfast attendant 1 guy and 2 ladies they are also very helpful and they all speak English with us my husband and I highly recommend this hotel it’s in a small side but very clean."

Centrally Located great modern chic hotel

"The property is centrally located and walking distance to many attractions. Staff is very friendly and ready help you. The only caveat, the rooms are quite small compared to American standards. The rooms are modern and uses state of art technology to control lighting, windows shades etc which I found it very cool. Eco friendly amenities is a way to go and I hope all hotels in the US adapt it"
