"We really liked the location and amenities. However their customer service wasn’t great. They originally placed us in the wrong room. And there was no AC or fans available. The pool area is great but closes for kids at 8pm. The play area for kids is great. Rooms are spacious. "

"Beautiful mountain view with huge balcony. Top quality breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff with decent English skills. Short walk to main shopping area and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well maintained property. Will definitely stay again when we visit the area on our next trip. Had no issues with anything."

"We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing."

"Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning.."
