O check-in foi muito rápido, porém não nos foi apresentado o hotel, tipo local do café da manhã . As informações do hotel foram entregues escritas, sem nenhuma explicação verbal. No ultimo dia descobri que tinha uma piscina em cima do restaurante. No elevador um cheiro forte de mofo.Achamos o quarto muito pequeno, havia apenas uma tomada disponível, e nos padrões antigos( esse problema foi resolvido, pois o funcionário nos emprestou um t), a porta do banheiro não fechava, chuveiro vazando água, pois a mangueira saía , frigobar, ar condicionado bons, Internet muito fraca nos quartos. Quanto ao cafe da manhã, uma decepção pelo custo da diária. Todos os dias, poucas e mesmas variedades, mosquitos pousando nos alimentos , iogurte e suco fora da refrigeração, no cafe da manhã não havia luvas para servir os alimentos. Alcool em gel no elevador e corredores. A localização do hotel é ótima! Todos os dias os quartos eram arrumados e limpos.

Não vale a pena! Muito caro pelo o que oferece!
Pelo valor cobrado o local é muito inferior, as camas são desconfortáveis e muito estreitas, o café da manhã é bem simples. A estrutura do hotel é antiga. A recepção queria me cobrar sendo que a tarifa já estava paga pelo Hoteis.com.

Quarto aconchegante, atendimento atencioso, local bem centralizado. Única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã. Mas nem posso culpar o hotel, afinal de contas é terceirizado. Não servem aquela mesa farta de encher os olhos e a boca de água. Fora isso indico com certeza o hotel. Numa próxima oportunidade quero voltar.

Habitação não tem tomadas, ageladeira estava desligada e somente dão um cartão como chave da habitação a pesar de ser dois adultos. Não tem toalhas para a praia embora oferecem cadeira e guarda sol. Não tem serviço na piscina. Finalmente alguem tentou roubar a placa do carro tirando os parafusos. Se não for pelo lacre de metal ela cai no meio da estrada na volta

Perfeito para correr a Ultra Bertioga Maresias
Minha terceira estada neste hotel, que mais uma vez me atendeu muito bem. Localização perfeita para quem vai correr a Ultra Maratona Bertioga Maresias, fica a 1km do local de retirada do kit e da largada. Possui restaurante anexo para o jantar da noite anterior à prova e mercado a poucos minutos de carro para as compras de última hora. Em substituição ao café da manhã que meu grupo não ía poder aproveitar por causa da largada da prova, ofereceram grátis uma lancheira com 2 sanduíches de presunto e queijo + 1 banana.
