"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "Very convenient hotel for the airport at Terminal 1; it only takes 5 mins to walk between the two. We arrived very late in the evening and the lady on reception was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is a basic buffet, but with a good selection. This is our second time of staying here and we would plan to do so again. It is also only an easy 5 minute walk to Gare St Augustin, which makes it very convenient to access the trains travelling along the coast. "

"We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the staff were lovely. The bed was super comfortable. When I booked I assumed the photo of the view had been manipulated but it NO it actually is like that in person! So amazing to sit with your doors open, looking over the French Riveria. We would definitely go back. "
