"Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."

"Lovely hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. We were staying on a bed and breakfast tariff and the breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Bar area a good size with comfortable seating and an open fire. Our only criticism is the fact that you have to pay extra for the sauna/jaquzzi when you are a hotel guest. "nicely furbished hotel with a gondola and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. beautiful view from the balcony. Everything is quite new and very clean, nice and cosy. "Amazing hotel right by the slopes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is fabulous with a great menu that is executed well. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is perfect for post-ski relaxation. The only feedback I would give is that service on the terrace and bar could’ve been a little more frequent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family coming to the area."

Quite tired rooms, but very clean, no issues with that. Room was dark and shutters didn't open, perhaps to cut down the noise from the railway at the back. No dining or bar facilities; they do offer breakfast but I had to check-out early, so didnt try it."
