The staff members were all very engaging, happy to assist with any query. The breakfast choices were good. Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing and this beautiful hotel allows guests to unwind surrounded by the spectacular scenery. "

"It’s an older property, but very well maintained and typical of a Swiss chalet in terms of rooms sizes and accommodations. The staff was very friendly as both the front desk and the restaurant. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The restaurant also had many options for food, homemade, and amazing views on the patio! "

"Beautiful hotel, close to train station (but uphill if carrying suitcases! ). Great service, lovely breakfast, and nice amenities available: a spa (sauna and steam room) and access to the adjacent sports center, with a nice pool and jacuzzi. "Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service! We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Alpenhof. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: the hotel is located on a hill, which adds to the beautiful views but can make walking with luggage a bit challenging. If you're arriving by train, we highly recommend using a taxi/shuttle service for convenience. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!"
