"Myself and two mates stayed in the ground floor flat at Schacht85 for four nights. Entry into the property is via a keypad and then there is another keypad on the door, which was ideal for us as we were often coming and going at different times. The door into the flat opens straight into the living room where one of the beds (a sofa converted into a double bed, bit stiff) is based. "Stayed in the hotel for a concert at Gilsenkirchen. The hotel’s own gated parking was very convenient, the room was quiet and very comfortable. In particular, staff on reception were very helpful and made our group feel very welcome. Would happily recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to stay within easy reach of Schalke stadium."
