"Very friendly staff. Anthony, Restaurant Manager, was excellent. Only issue on NYE was that I had called from the UK to book dinner and it was not communicated to the restaurant. On arrival, we were told that there was no booking but that they would fit us in. I called again hours before the booking and was told by the same woman that the booking was confirmed. "This is a great little hotel just one block off the central square in the old section of Brussels. The internal bar and restaurant are great and the location unbeatable. It was so quiet we struggled to get up before 9.00 each day. Really good comfort and warm as well (It was freezing outside). Highly recommended."

"For a large hotel the Hoxton felt like it was a family run boutique hotel, from the quirky room, the oh so helpful staff and 2 separate bar areas, one on the ground floor and one on the roof top. A 30 minute amble takes you right into the heart of Brussels centre which is the best part of Brussels. We loved that if you did not want a full breakfast then step up to the coffee bar and have a freshly made pastry and coffee."
