"Excellent boutique style B&B. Daniel and Linda were perfect hosts. Lovely freshly prepared breakfast. 1 minute walk to tram into Antwerp centre/railway station. Good base for visiting Brussels, Ghent and Brugges. Local restaurant/bar the Café Exter well worth a visit. Plenty of local parks for a gentle stroll. Thoroughly enjoyable break."

The negative thing is the location, if you want to spend time in Breda city center. 30 euros for a taxi each way, and you have to walk quite a bit to get to the closest bus stop. If you're two or more people in the room it's good that the toilet is in a separate place to the shower. No toilet brush though, so...

"We only stayed over night as a stop off. Having read other reviews i wasn’t sure what we would find. However we couldn't find fault. The room was clean and i liked the fact it had a separate internal door which made it really quiet. Bed was comfy the sofa bed not so comfy but ok. The kid's loved the
