"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying. All in all I didn't say goodbye, just until we meet again. "

"The breakfast was exceptional! Blew us away with splendid choices and they were all so good! Our group of ten looked forward to breakfast every single day! Rooms were sized alright, there were ample space for two large luggage on the floor. Bed was huge and comfortable. Other than the fact that the lights in the room was slightly dim (our corridor light was spoilt), there was nothing to complain about the rest of the room. Toilet floor has heating too! Great stay in Bergen!"

"Stayed for 1 night only. Large comfortable rooms w high ceiling. Didn’t get to try the breakfast as we had an early train ride out. Friendly staff and easy check in."

"Location was excellent. Staff were mostly helpful. Rooms were terribly small and had only two plugs. One was at the desk at the foot of the bed, which was not helpful for plugging in a CPAP machine, the other was at floor level across from the bathroom. No plug near the bed."
