"The room is very spacious. Every morning they provide a delicious croissant and bread roll for breakfast. Communication with the staff members there is easy. Parking is available for a fee. Very close to Gewiss stadium. Walkable to both the old and new parts of the city. Rooms facing the road could be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs. They also are very helpful and allow us to change to another room facing the courtyard. "

"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. "Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment.
