"Nice luxurious hotel with professional service Staff are patient and friendly Though not sure why the bath tub stopper not working in my room .. as I’m only staying 1 night so did not check with staff regarding this Otherwise it is perfect and I would rate 6 stars too!"

"Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve. Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread. There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great. I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints. "

"Nice hotel and staff hospitality was great. Our 2 days stay include dinning and was given difference menu for the half-board. Hotel include onsen for public. If you need private room, you need to book a higher end room. Only setback is the train station is about 15min walk away. Not great if you have too many luggage to carry. "

"The onsen was absolutely great, with beautiful view of Beppu. The room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel staff is overall friendly. Teppan dinner was great (though the Wagyu steak was a bit too greasy for me), and breakfast was also nice."

"We can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding care during our stay! My husband sprained his ankle, and they went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well taken care of. From providing ice packs and extra pillows for support to assisting us with finding local medical care, their kindness and hospitality were truly remarkable. Every interaction with the staffs was met with genuine empathy and a willingness to help. This level of service made a challenging situation much easier to navigate. We highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality. "

"It’s walking distance from Beppu Station. Shopping mall and restaurants are not far from the station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The Kaiseki dinner is a nice experience! It’s highly recommended. "
