Unfortunately I was really looking for a great experience from this newly renovated hotel. I was very upset how they had open before they were actually finished with all the renovations, not to mention they didn't even check if all the rooms were in working order. Escutions were missing from sprinkler heads, there was an ice machine but no ice bucket in the room, No pad of paper or pen, No microwave and there was paint splatter all over the bathroom. Doing property maintenance has really become a hassle when staying at places like this because you notice everything that was no done correctly. Besides the shower being low pressure and burning hot, the room was clean, but that is only because I was the first to stay in it. Also the next time a hotel gets new towels they should wash them first and then put them in the guest rooms so that white fuzz doesn't get all over.

Property was dirty, dingy, and musty. Pool looked like the swamp thing lived in it. Trash in the hall. We arrived at 1:00 and asked to check in early. We were told no clean rooms. Literally there was ONE CAR in the entire parking lot. The hotel was a ghost town. No guests - for a good reason.

Pretty good stay besides no breakfast or WiFi
My stay over all was pretty good. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast sadly was out of service (the regular full service breakfast) they only had granola bars and oatmeal packets and coffee. The WiFi was having issues my entire stay but the staff tried their best to fix it but might have been out due to construction going on at the hotel. Due to the WiFi being out I couldn’t stay because I needed the WiFi for one of my jobs. But my stay overall was pretty good. The rooms were very clean and nice and had everything mentioned.

The property on the outside used to be a Quality Inn, old sign still there, but now operating as Bentonville osark inn. The staff was helpful, room clean, AC great, shower nice. Felt safe.

I was in town for only one night for the game. The staff is very friendly and the hotel loby and room was clean. The cleaning staff does a really good job. My only real complaint about Ozark Oasis is the maintenance of the hotel should be much better. Drywallwas coming off the wall under the window in room 101. Maybe a leaky window. Similar drywall problems in the bathroom and the shower was really old. Otherwise the stay was fine.

They are clearly in transition. The exterior looks dilapidated and the interior is dated. They advertised third day housekeeping but didn’t deliver. Breakfast was microwave oatmeal packets. Staff was friendly but not empowered to help in anyway.

Fridge was missing out of our room. We did not have any hand soap. We had to use our shampoo to wash our hands. There were no cups or ice bucket for the room. Housekeeping never came into our room even after we told them it was ready for them. Our dirty towels and washcloths were still on the floor when we came back to our room. We had to go find someone to get fresh ones. Desk clerk was never at her station.

We we able to check in early without hassle, the rooms were ready and clean. Our stay was one night for a ballgame we traveled to see. The location was nice. There are few places to eat right across the street. All in all, we had zero complaints.
