"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "
