"Front desk attendant Wendy was very polite she attendant or needs with a superv service . She had no problem and attended my request for a second key for both of the rooms I rented . The room was very comfy and had a good view of the city and part of the shore line . The bell boy was very help full in pointing near by places to start our vacation adventure in the city . Our car was taken by car valet and was very good taken care off it was parked very near the hotel parking lot that has closed...

"This property was nice but I needed some more options. Outdoor bar was very slow only one staff member working. Needed some simpler food options the restaurant was expensive. The breakfast was nice my husband enjoyed the continental breakfast. Our room was good the beds are small so that was tough I’d like to see them have Queen size, full is not comfortable for two people. "

"It once was elegant but now need to upgrade! Friendly staff. Excellent location, in front of the Cacólos, where there are several restaurants and a historic or Church. Must eat at Gran Café Portals! The make in is a short walking distance. (The location is what makes it worth the money) Parking located across the street, safe and secure. Gym small, no a/c, most of what little equipment they had was broken. No service at poolside."
