"Great staff and the property is well cared for. The infinity pool, spa & bar is open till 1am which is awesome. Some signs of age showing in certain areas of the property - like the bathtubs."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town. The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed. If you’re looking for a balance of style, energy, and comfort in Seminyak, this is a great choice. It’s polished without being stuffy, and you can feel both the design and the hospitality were done with intention."

"The location is perfect, it connects to the Beachwalk, which is a mall with shops and food abound. As for the room itself, I found that the design of the shower was kind of off. The shower door opened outward, which caused the droplets of water to wet the bathroom floor, which was very annoying. The breakfast area was kind of small, and during the peak time the egg service could not handle the orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my omelet ready. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"We loved the Hard Rock hotel! The staff are all very welcoming, so nice and helpful. It is ideal for kids with a fantastic pool and activities. The buffet breakfast has everything you can wish for. Very convenient location, walking distance from Beachwalk shopping center and Waterbom park. "
