Easy and super convenient right across from the airport. Facility is newly renovated and expanded. Rooms are super clean. Spa experience was wonderful with experienced therapist and luxurious products. Breakfast was high quality with many Indian and western options.

The property itself was excellent. The area around it is still developing and the view from our room was a construction site. Other side of the property had a view of the airport. I did book this room some time ago after monitoring the price for several weeks and seeing no change. I ended up paying more than double the price of what the current price was for my booking date as well as other similar dates. I was given an upgrade to a suite which I thought was a nice gesture, until I checked the prices that nice on Expedia. I ended up essentially paying for that suite because what I paid for the standard room was the current price of the suite. I book almost exclusively through Expedia and have never seen such a large change in booking price vs. current price.

This hotel is a beautiful property and the staff are excellent. I had an extremely comfortable stay in my room. I was disappointed in the quality of the food however - it was not fresh. We ate in the restaurant and also ordered room service - both times I was quite disappointed. Pasta and rice seemed to be old and reheated, soup looked and tasted like it was poured out a can. I am sorry to leave any negatives as this is a wonderful hotel, but I had higher expectations for the Taj.

Staying at a relaxing hotel right across from the airport was great. It was very convenient since we had to catch a flight at 3 AM. There were good restaurants within walking distance at the airport, which was really nice.

Great hospitality that lives up to the name, rooms are clean, nice options for dining. We had a long layover connection to international trip and with two little ones we decided to stay here. Which we think is worth the decision, it's right next to the airport. There's paid car service for pickup and drop off, what's unique is Taj hotel employees at the airport helped us picking and dropping off our suitcases inside the airport, that we think is a first class courtesy especially when traveling with children. We will definitely considering doing this again.

Our family of 4 from Malibu, CA, US stayed here at 2 of the luxury suites for 3 nights in December 2024. Outstanding, well maintained property right opposite Bangalore airport. The staff goes above and beyond on virtually everything. An example is that Abhijeet and the chef at the Japanese restaurant opened at 6 pm (about half hour early) to serve dinner the night that we had an early morning flight. Outstanding job, Taj! Keep it up!

I was expecting luxury. Instead - average. Specifically: 1. Check-in (at 22:45) took longer than it should have (had to queue) 2.
