It’s a nice property. However the room we had was clearly not kept well. The hot water lnob was falling off, bedsheets had stains, the window in the shower was closed with an old plastic louvred screen. Yet the slippers were luxurious. The toilet paper was wafer thin. So generally poor attention to detail in maintenance or quality of the rooms. I loved the staff and service. The quality of the staff was simply the highlight of this hotel - impeccable service.

We had a lovely short stay at the Taj. Sree the guest service coordinator was warm and welcoming and went out of her way to assist. We ate at the Tamarin and also received excellent service from Bishu.All in all it was perfect for our layover in Bengalaru.

Great lunch and overnight stay at the Taj airport hotel in Bangalore. It made getting the early morning flight to London that much easier. All the staff were great, Tapas at West Wing Reception was particularly helpful.
