"Very clean and wonderful staff. I would have give all areas 5 stars but the hot water did not always work and the walls were very thin, so you could hear the neighbors very easily. Other than that it was great! "

"I can’t even explain how beautiful of an experience my best friend and I had at Tau House. From the walk in to their in house restaurant (10/10), their front reception that was so accommodating, and their amenities, our experience at Tau was nothing short of magical. The pictures don’t even do this justice. I would recommend to all my friends. Only thing I would warn others about - and that’s for Guatape overrall - is to bring sweaters and fall clothes. "

"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up."

"We kept to ourselves because we didn't realize there was a shared common room upstairs, however we realized as well that it wasn't open all the time since I think the owners prefer to be home, which makes sense! The place was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the school, which some may not like, but it was great to see the town "alive" and bustling, even when it was raining! The host was SUPER sweet but spoke very little English, so we mostly conversed with his daughter who was great...

"Stayed here with family for a night while visiting Guatape. Excellent location a stones throw from the center of town. Everything is within easy walking distance. This place is perfectly situated for a short stay and is safe, comfortable and easy to get to everything Guatape has to offer."
