Lovely pool, furniture dated tho, nice big 5th floor apartment with sea view, comfortable beds ,basic kitchen ware ,apartment wasn't very clean ,housekeeping needs a bit of training, breakfast usual hot/cold buffet ,overall we would stay here again ,value for money.

Nothing too much Trouble

Always stay here when in Benalmadena, for the last 4years, value for money, clean, comfortable,excellent staff from reception to breakfast, nothing to much trouble,,added plus beautiful swimming pool.

It was fine altho the breakfast was disappointing, not much of a selection and the times need to be longer-people are on holiday and don’t want to have to rush to finish breakfast by 10am. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and friendly staff.

Good for the price but definitely needs updating staff generally rude except the night time reception man who was always sweet to us. Beds are basic, furniture is old and worn. I wouldn’t stay here for a long trip but it did the job for 3 days.

Certainly not a 4 star, apartment clean, balcony not. No bar at all in property,very run down needs extensive refurbishment. There are permanent residents in hotel judging by balconies with plants and bbqs and rubbish. The staff are tremendous and not at fault at all. Not suitable for families more suited to workmen, stag weekends etc.

17 nights = 1 sheet change. Bathroom constantly smelled like urine. Food okay, but was recycled a few too many times though. Pool area great and well maintained. Eventually found the mini golf in ill repair behind the hotel. Salvador the maintenance guy did repair a few wee problems. Front desk people great, on the ball and informative. Needs money spent on an upgrade. Perhaps a thorough inspection of each unit after the guests leave by maintenance and housekeeper pers to identify/correct things like lights/ wall plugs etc. might help.

Dont expect a four star hotel

Breakfast was very poor. Not much choice. Definitely not a four star, not even three. The waiter (male) was very rude to me. The room was nice, however, to get a bath you had to use the shower nozzle to fill it . ! One day , we returned to our room and the maid was cleaning it. But there was another woman in there , chatting to her ( not a maid ) with a child who was running around in there. I was not impressed.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on the end of July 2022 Bad points: Hardly any staff around, Some receptionists are very rude, Didn’t clean the room unless we asked for it and didn’t provide fresh towels unless we asked, Didn’t see any staff around in the hotel only in the reception, No telephones to contact reception from room, Room was advertised with Wi-Fi , sea view and hot drinks but there was none, Very poor customer service in fact one of the receptionists declined giving an extra clean towel, Definitely not a 4star hotel as advertised, I wouldn’t even give it 3 stars Quality of breakfast was really low and hardly any selection in comparison to other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in Good points: Only the location is good

Bien, pero mejorable.

El sitio esta bien ubicado y con fácil aparcamiento, la habitación en general bien,eso si solo 1 rollo de papel higiénico, de dos ascensores solo funciona 1 y son 8 plantas el edificio detalle a tener en cuenta, el buffet del desayuno muy mejorable.

Vistamar er et kæmpe stort og meget slidt hotel, hvor tingene kun lige bliver gjort som forventet. Rengøringen halter, morgenmaden halter og alt trænger til at blive renoveret. Og hvis du forventer 4 stjerner, så bliver meget meget skuffet - huske hvad du betaler. Personalet var søde og rare og stranden er tæt på.

No me gustó el trato del persinal en recepción la habitación no esraba lo limpia que debería el desayuno el primer día dolo una cafetera y colas para poder tomar un café el segundo dia directamente no habia funcionando ninguna desayunar con agua y la calidad de la comida de regular para abajo bastante mal no repetiría

gute und ruhige Lage dennoch strandnah alles sehr sauber die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet. Der Pool hätte eigentlich etwas beheizt sein müssen, Wasser ist im ersten Moment ziemlich kalt Deutsch spricht niemand macht mir nichts da ich etwas Spanisch spreche Ohne Spanischkenntnisse kann man in die gesamte eigentlch schöne Gegend nicht hinfahren.

Hinta-/laatusuhde hyvä!

Ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto oli siisti, mutta kalusteet osin jo ikääntyneitä. Kylpyhuone oli hyvässä kunnossa. Siivous oli päivittäin. Jääkaappi, hella ja mikro toimivat hyvin. Astioita yhdelle henkilölle sopivasti. Huoneessa oli myös ilmalämpöpumppu. Toimi hyvin. Koska oli joulukuu, niin majoittujia oli vähän ja siten oli hiljaista. Kadun äänet eivät juurikaan kuuluneet huoneistoon. Parveke oli suojaisa.

Bien calidad precio

Bien el viaje de tres dias. Pero llevo llendo a esta apartahotel mas de de cuatro años y observo que cada año de deteriora mas las habitaciones y apenas hay mantenimiento y renovación de muebles. Por precio no tiene rival. Los desayunos hay poca variedad y poca calidad. Pero como he dicho por calidad precio lo recomiendo. Yo repetiré.
