"Liked the roof top resturant, view and general cleanliness. Also liked the breakfast menu and general hospitality team Did not like the bath tubs- they are old and stained. Should change to shower cubicles as they are more hygenic and easier to keep clean. The linen and towels were a bit faded though."

"Única coisa que gostei desse hotel foi o serviço dos funcionários. Hotél descuidado. A porta do banheiro do meu quarto e a do meu amigo estavam podres embaixo. As toalhas e tapete do banheiro estavam encardidas. E o “cobertor” foi uma manta bem fina. Sem falar que o quarto é super pequeno. :/"

"We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate."

"As acomodações do hotel são boas, porém, o ar refrigerado não funcionava direito, o telefone é como se não existisse. Não tinha toalhas de banho nos quartos e depois de insistentes reclamações, mandaram entregar as toalhas molhadas e fedidas. O frigobar vazio e desligado. O hóspede tinha que descer até a recepção do hotel e pegar, na geladeira, o que precisasse (eram poucas as opções) e assinar a comanda. Não havia nenhum copo no quarto. E tudo isso, não era só no meu quarto, eram em todos....
