We have stayed in this hotel before this time and have always thought everything was great, this time we found the beds in our room were very hard we all woke up very sore and didn't sleep very well. We were in room 318 the room was very nice but the beds we had were very hard. You might want to check and see if you can change the mattress it might be better to sleep on.

The staff were excellent from the check in staff to the bistro staff. The extra perk of the social with a free drink and snacks was an especially nice detail. The fact that we could morph our drink and snack into a dinner in the bistro was fantastic. Well done.

This is our second stay at Oxford Suites, and we even got the same room. There's a small couch and coffee table for sharing food or a crossword and a roomy bathroom with a wonderful, deep bathtub for soaking with a bathbomb. We had complimentary drinks at their 5pm-7:30pm "happy hour" and have had dinner in their dining area, as well as the free hot breakfast. We will be back!

Every single employee we met it came across were so polite, friendly and welcoming. I’m not surprised at the excellent reviews, the staff make this hotel a great to stay. Other than a noisy heating system in our room during the night, it was a great stay. We’ll be back!
