My family and I booked a suite with a king bed and 2nd bed included as a pull out couch. Unfortunately the mattress on the pull out couch was horrendous and painful, I felt the springs digging into my body all night. I don’t think it should be offered for someone to sleep on. Very poor quality and needs to be upgraded. The king bed was wonderful though, breakfast offered by the hotel also lovely. Staff were very polite and nice.

It was adjacent to a large homeless encampment and the nearby businesses seemed to have an unusual amount of security guards. To be clear, I didn't experience an issue, it was more of a perception of safety parking in that area.

We really enjoy this property. Couple things I notice this time that are different from our last few days is there is a fairly well established homeless encampment right across the street, and all those guys are hanging all around the place in the mornings and an evenings. Be cool room was quite warm and humid, and made it tough to cool down even when in the pool water. Would prefer to be on the third floor next time because kids were running around and jumping around overhead. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly, room was very clean and tidy, bed was extremely comfortable.

Stay was comfortable, staff were lovely, lobby and property were clean and well kept. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good with alot of choices. Pool and spa were warm. This hotel was a bit of a challenge all around. I will start with getting to it. If you are coming from the south, you have to Uturn in the Fred Meyer parking lot to get to the driveway of the hotel. And you cannot turn left when leaving the hotel. When we arrived, we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing the front desk gentleman. It seemed he was on his lunch break and annoyed to check us in while he was still eating. When we got.tomour room, it appeared clean except for the greasy hand prints all over both wooded headboards. We used a wet wash cloth to wipe it off and that seemed to work. I wish I had Clorox wipes with me though. The other unfortunate event that happened was that the swimming pool area should have been closed to the public. We walked in and we punched in the face by a horrific smell and the temperature was over 90 degrees. The bathroom was broken as well with caution tape blocking entry. Our eyes and noses were burned and that lasted a few hours after only being in there for five minutes . I went to alert the front desk of the hazard and he seemed unfazed and not concerned and just said the ac is broke. We rushed to our room to shower and the shampoo and conditioner were empty. I called the front desk and they said it was backordered and asked if we needed some. We said we do, and they delivered some immediately. Over all, the ladies who were at the front desk seemed so kind and I wish they were the ones who helped me but I got the grumpy guy.
