"My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The staff including the owner were fantastic. So nice and pleasant. The property is definitely a three star but I can confidently say they are working in it as we speak. The owners bought the property about one year ago and are continuing to upgrade it. We stayed in the third floor with a full view of the lake. It was absolutely amazing. Would I return yes, with the hopes they continue upgrading. I think it’s one of the best views on...

"My husband and I stayed in October of '24 and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with the most delicious omelet and croissants of the trip. Parking was amazing and the staff service impeccable. Would HIGHLY recommend."

"Nice and quaint family-run hotel and B&B just outside the historic city centre of Bellagio which makes it less crowded, easy and ample parking, friendly and helpful host and staff, reasonable price, great view of Lake Como from the room, lovely breakfast spread with homemade ingredients."

"Clean and comfortable room, we booked with a balcony but it wasn’t necessary as didn’t have any great view. The short cut to walk into town was useful and saved us driving. We booked as it was the closest and most reasonable place we could book close to bellagio, it was everything we needed. Service was friendly and breakfast was simple but all we needed."
