The food is very good but limited menu but there are numerous dining options within a short 5 or 10 minute walk. Very safe to walk around the area at night. "This is likely the worst place I have ever stayed in. We needed a room as flights cancelled and airline did not help out and no other rooms in Belize city. This hotel is I would think best rented by the hour for activities other than accommodation "
